How much would you be willing to invest to reduce your distress and reconnect with your authentic self?
Therapy involves a significant commitment of both time and resources. Unlike traditional talk therapy, modalities like EMDR, DBT, and KAP often produce faster results. However, these accelerated outcomes come with associated costs. As a therapist, I invest heavily in ongoing training and regular consultation to enhance my skills and provide the highest quality care possible. These expenses, alongside the inherent time-intensive nature of therapy, contribute to the pricing structure of my services.
My goal is to offer transformative experiences that lead to lasting change. While I understand the financial challenges many individuals face, I strive to balance affordability with the quality and effectiveness of treatment.

I do not take insurance. However, I can provide a statement of service for regular counseling with codes and diagnosis required by insurance companies for out-of-network reimbursement for you to submit yourself. Check with your insurance provider for details about what your out-of-network mental health benefit is and whether you need to fulfill a deductible to receive reimbursement for out-of-network mental health coverage, how to obtain a mental health claim form, and where to submit claims. While I will provide a superbill for ketamine-assisted psychotherapy and EMDR intensives, insurance doesn’t often cover more than one therapy session per week.
Good Faith Estimate
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” (GFE), which provides an approximation of the total cost of non-emergency medical services. By law, healthcare providers must furnish patients without insurance, or those not utilizing insurance, with an estimate of the complete bill. Your Good Faith Estimate will be included with our initial intake paperwork. For additional details, please visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 1-800-985-3059. In the realm of psychotherapy, it may not always be feasible to provide an exact treatment cost due to the ongoing nature of the work. However, we will apprise you of the anticipated cost for the initial treatment phase. Should further treatment be advised, we will furnish you with an updated estimate accordingly.
