My journey includes being a birth doula, lactation counselor, prenatal yoga teacher, and psychotherapist specializing in reproductive mental health. I am certified in maternal mental health by Postpartum Support International and co-founded the Pentucket Perinatal Mental Health Coalition, committed to enhancing maternal emotional health in the community since 2015.
