With nearly two decades of experience in maternal health, I’ve supported new and expectant mothers in various roles, including birth doula, lactation counselor, prenatal yoga teacher, and psychotherapist. My fascination with neuroscience and the body’s innate healing capabilities drives my passion for empowering women during their most vulnerable moments.
